Aaron has a celebrated career managing homeland security programs involving mass transit, aviation, healthcare, school safety, and emergency response in Israel, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the United States. He has a PhD in public policy with a focus on homeland security management and leadership.

After serving military tours in Israel, Aaron was recruited to the Israeli National Police’s Central Command and worked in counter-narcotics and counterterrorism initiatives. He has managed NATO-sponsored counterterrorism projects and served with the US Department of Homeland Security regarding mass-casualty incidents and weapons of mass destruction, as the Director of the Center for Special Operations Training for Philadelphia’s weapons of mass destruction preparedness program, and the US State Department to develop and facilitated terrorism-response exercises in Africa and Southeast Asia.

Having worked extensively in emergency management and logistics, diplomacy, and the Israel Defense Forces intelligence corps, Ety now serves as CEO of Kaymera. She previously served under the Israeli deputy consul in Philadelphia and held a range of roles in support of the consulate’s activities in the eastern United States. While serving on the leadership team at the Israel Emergency Medical Services national headquarters, she oversaw a nationwide first responder training and drill program.

In her previous roles, Ety collaborated with teams providing NATO and the EU with program management and research and development services. She has organized and delivered professional training programs in homeland security, national security studies, emergency management, disaster medicine, and intelligence in Israel, the United States, certain regions of Africa, and the UAE. Ety has degrees from David Yellin College and Philadelphia University, and she is currently completing her PhD in Business Administration and Information Systems Management at Walden University.

She brings a strategic, disciplined approach to leadership in complex, mission-critical environments.

With deep experience leading global initiatives and supporting organizations through transformation and acquisition, Barbara aligns revenue strategy, operational excellence, and customer retention to strengthen long-term partnerships and business performance.

A consistent top performer, Barbara has earned multiple President’s Club awards and peer-recognized leadership honors, as well as being awarded one of the Top 50 Women Executives in Silicon Valley. She is respected as a trusted advisor and mentor, known for integrity, clarity, and a people-first leadership style that reflects Kaymera’s client-focused mission.

Sigal is the Chief Financial Officer at Kaymera, where she leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. She is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial health, scalability, and long-term growth objectives. Sigal brings extensive experience in corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and plays a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining Kaymera, Sigal held senior finance and operational leadership roles, where she built a strong track record in optimizing financial processes, strengthening internal controls, and partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. At Kaymera, Sigal works closely with executive leadership to enable scalable growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment between financial strategy and the company’s long-term mission and goals, supporting continued expansion and value creation.

Prior to joining Kaymera Technologies as Head of Sales, Gilles Hagege built an extensive
international career in sales and business development within the defense, homeland security,
and high-tech sectors. He gained significant experience across Europe and Africa, leading
complex sales activities and developing strategic partnerships with government agencies, law
enforcement, and enterprise clients.
Throughout his career, Gilles held senior commercial roles with leading industry players such as
Motorola Solutions, Elbit Systems, Cellebrite, and Bird Aerosystems. In these positions, he
managed full sales cycles—from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and
closing—while delivering advanced, mission-critical solutions including secure communications,
aerospace systems, and digital intelligence technologies.
Recognized for his ability to navigate complex environments and build long-term relationships,
Gilles has consistently driven business growth and successfully expanded market presence across
diverse and challenging regions. He holds a Master’s degree in Business from Université
Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris.

Shay is a highly experienced and results-driven leader who brings over 20 years of expertise in managing customer-facing teams within both global enterprises and startup environments. As an active member of Kaymera’s management team for over seven years, he holds end-to-end responsibility for the company’s services, including support, success, delivery, and onboarding. Shay excels at fostering customer loyalty and driving business growth by combining deep technical knowledge with exceptional soft skills. His “customer first” attitude ensures high satisfaction levels and seamless product experiences, from initial design through long-term support. Shay holds a BA in Social Science and Communication, as well as a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His diverse background also includes a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) designation and professional training in personal coaching.
